Sunburned

Sunburned

Medium: Acrylic On Paper
Size: 30×22

This little dinghy, outside a B&B in Maine, was full of weathered lobster buoys. They had obviously been there for years with the sun beating down. The paint was peeling and the colors were fading. The abstract point-of-view of this painting captured the morning light skimming across the dinghy revealing it to be “Sunburned.”
